Apple seeded iOS 5.0.1 to developers as a fix for the smart cover security flaw we wrote about a few posts ago. Fortunately, this updated firmware comes with another fix up its sleeve. The battery drain issue has also been addressed! Developers have reported that they noticed a significant increase in battery life.

This means that once 5.0.1 is released to the public, you can have way more fun with Siri!
