Untethered 4.3.3 Jailbreak through redsn0w 0.9.6rc16 and pwnagetool 4.3.3.1 proved to fix battery drain issues as well as the silent button vibration issue.
BTW: by using the latest RedSw0w you also might decrease the battery drain.
